Zeraora Mythical Pokmon Gets Official for Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon

Before Pokmon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon debuted dataminers found tidbits on some new creatures that would be coming to the games. Among those creatures were Ultra Beasts and hints of a new Mythical Pokmon called Zeraora. The latter has now been officially unveiled.

The video at the bottom of the post is the introduction to Zeraora, an electrical type Pokmon. The official classification of the new creature is a Thunderclap Pokmon making it an electric-type. Zeraora is 4′ 11″ tall and weighs in at 98.1 pounds.

The creature is a Mythical Pokmon. If you dont follow the games closely you might wonder what the difference is between Legendary and Mythical Pokmon. Mythical Pokmon can be caught normally only through events in the game whereas Legendary can be caught in-game reports Attack of the Fanboy.

It’s not clear exactly when Zeraora might be added to the Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon games, but it should be soon. It wouldn’t make sense to unveil the Pokmon and then wait months to add it to the game.
