Zalman to Introduce Z5 & Z5 Plus ATX Mid Tower Cases

Zalman will shortly introduce the Z5 & Z5 Plus ATX mid tower cases. These feature asymmetric angular styling and are finished in a matte black finish inside and out and are made of SECC steel. The cases measure 205 x 460 x 490 mm (WxHxD) and can accommodate long graphics cards of up to 13 inches in length. These cases feature 120mm fan intakes on the front, top and rear sides, which should make for very good airflow. The drive bay count includes three 5.25″ and one external 3.5″ bay, along with three 3.5″ and two 2.5″ internal bays.

The Z5 Plus additionally features a top fitted fan (Z5 front and back only) two channel fan controller, USB 3.0 front panel port and an acrylic window. The motherboards tray has a cut-out behind the CPU socket along with tubing inlets for liquid cooling. The Z5 will cost $67 and the Z5 Plus $70. For such a tiny difference, buying the better case is a no-brainer. Perhaps the prices will be adjusted when the cases will actually go on sale?
