XFX Radeon HD7850 2GB Black Edition Review

Heaven 3.0 is Unigen’s latest and greatest benchmarking software. It features 26 waves of tests which fully stress every aspect of the latest graphics cards.

Here we can see the test settings we use in our Unigen Heaven 3.0 benchmark tests. We are using tessellation on medium, with no anti-aliasing. Everything else is default.

Test Results: Our benchmark using Heaven 3.0 yielded positive results for our XFX 7850 Black Edition. At 1920×1080 being able to run our benchmark at 66.8 FPS is very impressive. At 1920×1080 the 7850 was 33% faster than our Radeon 6950 and 40% faster than our GTX 470! When we scaled our tests back to 1280×1024 we saw that our Radeon 7850 was 28% faster than the 6950 and 35% ahead of the GTX 470.
