VAIO Launches New S Series Laptops at Computex
Sony split off the VAIO laptop range four years ago now and we haven’t heard much from VAIO since then. At Computex 2018 VAIO a new range of notebooks that it is tossing into the limelight. The machines all fall into the S Series and are Intel-powered machines reports MSpoweruser.
As you would expect with laptops today there are multiple colors to choose from. The S11 and S13 machines will be offered in black, pink, brown, white, and silver colors. US markets wont see the machines it appears, but users in Asian markets like Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan will.
For now, we have no hard specs on the machines, but you can expect them to be light, thin, and higher-end. It seems that everything that wears the VAIO brand tends to be higher-end stuff.
We would assume that the S11 will feature an 11-inch screen and the S13 will be a 13-inch machine. We expect low to mid-range CPUs inside and all the standard features we see on notebooks today. VAIO will offer up full details when Computex 2018 gets rolling.
