Aliens vs. Predator

Aliens vs Predator D3D11 Benchmark v1.03 is a standalone benchmark test based upon Rebellion’s 2010 inter-species shooter Aliens vs. Predator. The test shows xenomorph-tastic scenes using heavy tessellation among other DX11 features.

We cranked up all the image quality settings in the benchmark to the highest level possible, so we were running 4x AA and 16x AF with SSAO enabled at 2660×1600, 1920×1080 and 1280×1024 at each level of the upgrade.

Benchmark Results: The improvements on this benchmark exceeded expectations. The upgraded provided the largest increase seen on this round of testing, between 11 and 13%. Most surprising were the increases gained only by unlocking the extra shaders with no additional overclocking.
