Ubisoft Confirms Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Ahead of E3
Assassin’s Creed fans have something to look forward to at E3 when it kicks off. Ubisoft has confirmed a new game in the franchise for E3 unveil and the game is called Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. The name of the game and its logo had leaked previously so Ubi just confirmed the title before the E3 unveil.
That confirmation came in the form of a short video that was posted last night confirming the name, no details have been given. What you can see in the logo is a Spartan helmet of the style from the flick 300.
The original leak was from a French gaming site that had managed to get hands on a collectible keychain that had the name of the game on the package and the same helmet on the chain. This is a follow-up to the game Assassin’s Creed Origins that launched last year reports Polygon.
You can see the tweet from Ubisoft below that confirms the game. It shows a man being kicked off a cliff Leonidas-style. THIS IS ASSASSIN’S CREED!
