TwinMOS launches DDR2-533 SO-DIMM for Sonoma platform

“TwinMOS Technologies announced today that it has completed the R&D for its DDR2-533 SO-DIMM. The product is designed to support the Intel Sonoma platform, as well as Intel?s next generation Napa platform.
However, TwinMOS did not reveal its production schedule and when contacted, could not confirm when the DDR2-533 SO-DIMM would hit the market.
The company stated that it designed the DDR2-533 SO-DIMM for the Sonoma platform in accordance with the 4-bit prefetch architecture of DDR2 specifications and to support bandwidths up to 4.3GB/sec. The products will operate at 1.8V, and features on-die termination (ODT).”
