T-Mobile Holiday Sale Means Free iPhone, Galaxy S9, and More

T-Mobile is offering a nice holiday sale that might entice those needing a new smartphone to upgrade with the carrier. The special deals started yesterday and will continue for an unspecified period of time. The deal sees “well-qualified” customers getting a free iPhone XR or 8, Samsung Galaxy S9 or S8, LG G7 or V40, or OnePlus 6T.

If none of those devices sounds interesting, T-Mobile will also give you $750 off an iPhone 8 Plus, X, XS, or XS Max. You can get the same discount on the Galaxy S9+, Note 9, or S8 Active. That $750 discount on eligible devices will be offered via 24 or 36 monthly bill credits.

All of these deals are good only with a new qualifying voice line, ending you need to port in from the competition. You will also need to trade in a qualifying device. Eligible trade-in devices include the Galaxy S6, S7, or S8 line, Note 8, and Note 5 among others. You can see all the trade eligible devices here.

Eligible iPhone trades include the iPhone X, 8, 8 Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 6s, and 6s Plus. The trade credit is one-time and applied based on fair-market value.
