Sleeping Dogs is a 2012 open world action-adventure video game developed by United Front Games in conjunction with Square Enix London Studios and published by Square Enix. The game was released on August 14, 2012, for Microsoft Windows. The game uses the Havok physics engine.
Benchmark Results: The Ultra settings in Sleeping Dogs proved itself a more daunting task than our Steambox hardware could handle. At 1920×1080 the Steambox was able to average only 21.4 frames per second, at 1280×1024 the performance increased, but only to 35.63 frames per second. Dropping the Image Quality settings down to medium the Steambox was able to average 89.57 frames per second at 1920×1080. With a performance gap that size between Ultra and Medium, there’s certainly a middle ground that will increase the eye candy, and not hinder the performance!
