Square Enix Set to Launch Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition March 6
Square Enix has announced that it will launch Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition for Xbox One and PS4 on March 6. The game will be filled with new features compared to other editions of the game and will have a new dungeon, a first-person mode, and players will be able to control the royal boat in the game. The new dungeon is Insomnia City Ruins: Expanded map.
Along with the first-person mode will also come new gear and new bosses for players to fight. Armiger Unleased is a more action-packed mode of Armiger that is unlocked after players collect all 13 royal arms.
With the ability to control the Royal Boat, the body of water between Cape Caem and Altissia can be explored. Royal Edition will also include all the season pass content. That means players will get Episode Gladiolus, Episode Prompto, Multiplayer Expansion: Comrades, and Episode Ignis already in the game.
Royal Edition also includes more than 12 other bits of DLC like weapons, Regalia car skins and item sets. If you already own Final Fantasy XV, you can buy the extras to turn your game into Royal Edition for $19.99. PC gamers also get the same Royal Edition bonus content along with native 4K, HDR10, Dolby Atmos, and mod support reports Kotaku.
