Sony Launches USB 3.0 Flash Drive – Micro Vault MACH
Sony has entered the SuperSPeed USB 3.0 Flash drive market for the very first time with the introduction of the Micro Vault MACH. This drive uses SuperSpeed USB 3.0 technology for improved performance. The Sony Micro Vault MACH is available in capacities ranging from 8GB up to 64GB and offers data speeds up to 120 MB/s (read) and 90 MB/s (write) on the 16GB/32GB/64GB capacities. The Sony Micro Vault MACH 8GB model has half the performance due to having less memory channels available to the controller. If you plan on picking one of these up you’d be best off with a 16GB or larger model!
