Real NVIDIA GK104 Kepler Video Card PCB Pictured

It looks we have the first ‘real’ picture of the NVIDIA GK104 video card PCB with the GPU cooler removed. This picture gives a clear look at the die, which is something we haven’t seen before. The die is pretty darn small and looks to be roughly twice the size of the GDDR5 memory IC’s. It looks like the rumors that this core would be around 350 mm are true! Rumor has it that the GK104 graphics core has 1536 CUDA cores and the ability to run a 256-bit bus on the 2GB of GDDR5 memory. The power connector being used on the GK104 is unlike anything on the market right now with dual 6-pin video connectors stacked on top of one another.
