Rambus and NVIDIA Sign 5-Year Patent License Agreement – Settle All Patent Disputes

It was announced this morning that Rambus has signed a five-year licensing agreement with NVIDIA as the two companies have settled all of their outstanding patent disputes. The agreement covers the use of Rambus patented innovations in a broad range of integrated circuit (IC) products offered by NVIDIA. The term of this agreement is five years; other details are confidential.
