QNAP NMP-1000P HD Media Player Available Only in Europe
Yesterday we posted that QNAP had finally brought their NMP-1000P HD media player to market and after e-mailing QNAP we found out some interesting availability and pricing information for you. We found that the media player will only be available in Europe and at a price of 349 Euro. The company said that it will be just temporarily not available in the US, but would not give an estimate on exactly when it will be available in the United States. This is a bummer as it features the latest generation hardware-based decoder from Sigma Designs, the 667MHz SMP8643 SoC.
