Psyko Audio 5.1 Surround Sound Headset Packaging

The Psyko 5.1 gaming headset comes in a graphics heavy, top opening box that features an “Actual Size” picture of the headset on the top, the Psyko logo on the sides, and some more pictures and the specs (by specs, I mean features) on the bottom of the box. It is very sturdily constructed and our headset arrived in perfect shape with no damage at all to it. Usually I don’t mention shipping in my reviews but just to give the packaging some props, the headset was shipped in nothing more than its retail box with one layer of bubble wrap around it and it survived its trip with nothing more than a corner that was slightly pushed in.

Once the box is opened up you can see the headset and the amplifier are securely packed in a clam-shell type molded tray. The sides of the headset itself are covered with a clear sticky static film that help protect the clear portion of the ear-cups as well as the clear plastic that covers the top of the headband that houses the five surround speakers.

All of the wiring is neatly bundled together using twist ties and the cords are hidden underneath the tray that the headset sits in.
