NVIDIA Readies GeForce GTX 670 Ti

By

NVIDIA is working on the GeForce GTX 670 Ti, which will be a cut down GeForce GTX 680. The chips that didn’t make it as the flagship graphics product will instead make their way into the GTX 670 and GTX 670 Ti. NVIDIA’s Kepler GK 104 will essentially fill the same role GF 100 did when NVIDIA released the GTX 465, 470, and 480. The new graphics card will be pitted against AMD’s Radeon HD 7950, but priced roughly $50-100 less at the $350-400 price segment. The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 and 670 Ti should be announced sometime in May 2012 and its most likely to happen around the Computex Taipei timeframe. Specifications for the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 Ti can be found listed below.
