3DMark Vantage is the new industry standard PC gaming performance benchmark from Futuremark, newly designed for Windows Vista and DirectX10. It includes two new graphics tests, two new CPU tests, several new feature tests, and support for the latest hardware. 3DMark Vantage is based on a completely new rendering engine, developed specifically to take full advantage of DirectX10, the new graphics API from Microsoft.

3dmark Vantage Benchmark Results

Benchmark Results: 3DMark Vantage with default settings had a 3DMark score of P300, which isn’t too impressive as neither of the GPU tests were able to break the 1FPS mark.

3dmark Vantage Benchmark Results

Benchmark Results: Lowering the benchmark settings to entry level in 3DMark Vantage was optimal for the NVIDIA Ion Reference platform and the platform now has a 3DMark score of E2463. Since 3DMark Vantage is tough on the Ion I figured the least I could do is run it on 3DMark06 as well to see how it does.
