MSI will be displaying its next generation of notebooks from 6-9 January at the 2011 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Nevada. In a press announcement released by the company today it was stated that they are showing off all sorts of new notebooks, but the one that they were hyping up the most is clearly the GT680. This notebook is powered by an Intel quad-core processor and up to 16GB of GDDR3 memory. MSI doesn’t say exactly what video card is in this notebook, but we know it is NVIDIA branded! I guess we will have to wait till CES to know exactly what powers this beast! We do know the overall PCMark score is 18162 and that is pretty darn good for a notebook PC.
