MSI A75MA-G55 IGP Directx 9 Performance
The DirectX 9 performance of the MSI A75MA-G55 fell a bit short of the ASUS F1A75-M Pro. At 1280×1024 our MSI APU system pulled an average of 52.63 frames per second, this is 6.7% behind the ASUS system and 128% faster than the Intel Sandy Bridge system. Cranking up the resolution to 1920×1080 the MSI A75MA-G55 was able to average 35.5 frames per second. There is still a 7% difference between the APU systems, though it is still playable with the image quality turned down.
In Batman Arkham Asylum the MSI A75MA-G55 was able to have very playable framerates with the image quality settings cranked all the way up! At 1280×1024 both of our APU systems were able to average 51 frames per second while our Sandy Bridge system was barely playable at 29 frames per second. Raising the resolution to 1920×1080 the MSI A75MA-G55 was able to pull slightly ahead of the ASUS F1A75-M Pro. The MSI A75MA-G55 was able to average 33.7 frames per second while the ASUS F1A75-M Pro averaged 32 frames per second. The Sandy Bridge system wasn’t able to keep up with only 19 frames per second.
