Micron recently posted up a video showing off the Micron booth at the 2010 Flash Memory Summit. Microns Kevin Kilbuck, director of strategic NAND marketing shows off their 25nm 3-bit-per cell 64Gb product. Did you know this is being called Triple Level Cell (TLC) NAND technology? Forgot wanting an MLC SSD you want a TLC SSD right?
