Mega Man Legacy Collection 1 + 2 Lands on Switch May 22
If you are a big fan of the Mega Man video game franchise and own a Nintendo Switch, some good news is coming for you. Capcom has just announced that on May 22, 2018, the Mega Man Legacy Collection 1 and 2 will be landing on the new Nintendo console. The game will have some new features on the Switch console.
Mega Man Legacy Collection will have the six original Mega Man adventures from the Nintendo Entertainment System. The game will allow players to create a save state almost anywhere. This means you can retry tricky sections of the game without having to start over.
Getting killed and starting over drove NES gamers crazy back in the day. The game also has a rewind feature that will pull your blue suited buns out of a pit or other sticky situation simply by holding a button, picking up where you left off without having to start over. The game also includes box art, concept art, and more.
Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 is a rehash of Mega Man 7 from the Super Nintendo and presumably has the same new features as the first collection. Also included is Mega Man 8, 9, and 10. All previously released DLC is included with the collection and support for Mega Man amiibo to unlock new challenges. The first collection will sell for $14.99, the second will sell for $19.99 or both for $39.99.
