CrystalDiskMark v3.0
CrystalDiskMark is a small HDD benchmark utility for your hard drive
that enables you to rapidly measure sequential and random read/write
speeds.

100MB Files Test on USB 3.0 Header:
Benchmark Results: For testing we ran
CrystalDiskMark v3.0 with a file size of 100MB on both the USB 2.0 & 3.0 headers and found a huge difference in performance between the two connections. The Kingston DataTraveler Ultimate 3.0 64GB Flash drive was able to peak at 35 MB/s read and 28 MB/s write in the sequential file test when on the high-speed USB 2.0 header. Switching over to the SuperSpeed USB 3.0 header the sequential file test performance went up to 95 MB/s read and 68 MB/s write. The Kingston DataTraveler Ultimate USB 3.0 Flash drive easily maxes out the USB 2.0 bandwidth and really needs to be on the USB 3.0 header to reach its full potential as you can see from the performance tests above.
