A judge has lifted the suppression on police footage of their raid on Kim Dotcom’s mansion earlier this year. The video was taken from a police helicopter as it circled the Coatesville property, landing briefly to allow officers to get out. Was too much force used?
The Crown is trying to overturn a ruling that the search warrants used in the raid were invalid. Dotcom, founder of filesharing site Megaupload, is facing internet piracy charges in the United States.
