HP Denies Rumor It Might Sell its PC Business to Samsung

On Thursday, a rumor circulated around the world that HP was preparing to sell the companys notebook and PC division, with the likely buyer being Samsung, a company that has been trying to break into the U.S. notebook market. The story was started by Taiwan Commercial Times, but HP has released a statement saying that it wasn’t true.
