Goldeneye 007 Classic Edition Includes Gold Classic Controller Pro
Activision has announced that the Classic Edition of the upcoming Nintendo Wii console game Goldeneye 007 will be bundled with an exclusive gold Classic Controller Pro. The Goldeneye 007 will support the Wii Remote and Nunchuk, but this classic controller will give ‘old school’ users a familiar feel for upcoming games. This limited edition special edition bundle will be available for $70 when Goldeneye 007 arrives November 2nd. You can check out a sneak peak of the gameplay in video we shot during 2010 E3 here.
This news will be especially exciting to you if you’re planning on playing the game using the Classic control scheme, which eschews the Wiimote and Nunchuck for a more traditional input experience — one which we imagine will be much more “retro”-feeling, and much less less likely to result in you hurling a Wiimote through your TV while attempting to chuck a Throwing Knife at a bothersome foe.
