Futuremark 3DMark 11 Synthetic Benchmark

3DMark 11 is the latest version of the worlds most popular benchmark for measuring the 3D graphics performance of gaming PCs. 3DMark 11 uses a native DirectX 11 engine designed to make extensive use of all the new features in DirectX 11, including tessellation, compute shaders and multi-threading.

Since Futuremark is releasing 3DMark11 today we decided to run the benchmark at both performance and extreme presets to see how our hardware will run.

Benchmark results: The GIGABYTE P67A-UD7-B3 didn’t have the greatest performance in 3DMark 11. During the performance preset it had an overall score of 4633 which is 225 3DMarks behind the leading GIGABYTE P67A-UD4. The Extreme preset in 3DMark 11 gave the GIGABYTE P67A-UD7-B3 a score of 1605 which is only 4 3DMarks behind the P67A-UD4.
