Gigabyte GA-X79-UD7 Limited Edition Motherboard Sold Out & Not Coming Back

We recently noticed that the Gigabyte GA-X79-UD7 motherboard was deactivated at Newegg and we reached out to Gigabyte to find out what the deal was. We just got a response back from Gigabyte and the company says that their flagship Intel X79 motherboard was a limited edition sku and that they have sold out. Gigabyte also went on to say that no more are being produced, thus the board is end of life (EOL). If you want to buy the Gigabyte GA-X79-UD7 mainboard you might be able to find some floating around, but that will be it. We didn’t know that this board would be such a limited edition board and already be gone!
