Aliens vs Predator Benchmark 1.03

Aliens vs. Predator is a completely new iteration of the series that was released for PC, XBOX360, and Playstation 3 by Rebellion, the developers behind the 1999 original PC game. AvP offers three brutal single player campaigns alogn with unique 3 way multiplayer gaming. AvP also utilizes Tesselation and DirectX 11 to give the most realistic look to this Science Fiction franchise.

We cranked up the image quality settings to the highest possible in the benchmark running 4x AA and 16x AF with SSAO enabled at both 1280×1024 and 1920×1200 on both motherboards.

Benchmark Results: Not much difference between the GIGABYTE X58A-UD3R and the ASUS Rampage II Extreme motherboards. If you’re only gaming on a PC then the decision shouldn’t be too hard between these two.
