Gigabyte G1.Sniper 2 Motherboard Pictures Released – Intel Z68 Chipset

Gigabyte has not officially launched its new Intel Z68 G1-based motherboard series, but the company posted up imaged of a board called the G1.Sniper 2 today on Facebook showing off what appears to be the first board of the series. The Gigabyte G1.Sniper 2 stands out from the Z68 crowd by offering a Killer NIC E2100 as well as a proper X-Fi audio chip with dedicated memory and copper shielding. It also has a pair of x16 PCI Express slots in a dual x8 setup, two PCI Express x1 slots and two PCI slots. You can see all six of the images in the forums if you’d like to take a look.
