It certainly didn’t take long for someone to slap 4GB onto an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680. Galaxy looks to be the first with a custom designed PCB in order to fit the massive sixteen memory chips required to get a full 4GB. The graphics card will come pre-overclocked with a base clock of 1.1 GHz on the core, this is coupled with a 5+2 Phase VRM fed by one 6-pin PCIe and one 8-pin PCIe power connectors. The cooler, which is custom designed by Galaxy as well, features dual fans and a dense aluminum fin heatsink array which is paired with what appears to be 4 heatpipes.
