Fortnite Season 3 Battle Pass Details Announced

Fortnite players know that Season 2 of the Battle Pass is winding down with the close later this week. This means that Season 3 is right around the corner and Epic Games is giving details on Season 3. Battle Pass is a way to get exclusive loot by playing Fortnite. Epic says that players can earn or buy tiers to unlock more rewards.

The Season 3 Battle Pass unlocks in-game rewards with a new Mission Specialist Outfit. When you play during the season more reward tiers will unlock and the more you play the more you will unlock. Season 3 will have 30 more tiers for 100 in all meaning more loot to collect.

The season 3 Battle Pass is completable in the same time as the Season 2 pass, meaning about 75 to 150 hours of gaming. Tiers can be purchased for 150 V-Bucks each. The Season 3 pass has six outfits, three pickaxes, four emotes, three gliders, three back blings, five skydive FX trails, eight loading screens, 23 banners, and 21 emoticons for 76 total loot items.

Players can tier up faster in season 3 by completing Weekly Challenges with seven new challenged each week. This replaces the Season 2 Battle Pass daily challenge. The weekly challenges are stacked and can be completed any time before the season ends. More details can be found here.
