Fortnite Players Are Finding Hidden Areas on Season 4 Map

Fortnite season 4 has kicked off and while the comet might be the big thing that players are thinking about, gamers are finding some other cool hidden areas on the updated map. GameSpot reports that a bit southeast of Lonely Lodge if you go to the roof of the house you can find a letter outlining week 1 challenges. Inside that same house, you can break through the floor at the bottom of the staircase or build ramps off the edge of the cliff and find a hidden underground area.

Reddit user TopiKoodaa has a video posted up that shows the underground area and what you can find there. This isnt the only new and hidden area. Another user on Reddit found a small hidden room in Salty Springs accessed by a hole hidden behind a staircase.

Northeast of Snobby Shores there is a house up on the mountain and in that area is a missile sticking out of a silo. Inside that silo players will find computers, cars, and security cameras and a logo on the wall. Another oddity is a building in an area of the map that is destroyed with a giant dinosaur track in its place.

With the discovery of underground bases with logos on the wall, some speculate that a new ongoing story is unraveling. As of now, there is no indication of what these new spaces might mean for the game.
