Final Season of “The Walking Dead” Game Lading on Epic Games Store

Skybound Games has announced that the final season of the Telltale game “The Walking Dead” will be available via the Epic Games Store. The first two episodes of the game are on the Epic Games Store right now.

The first episode of the final season will land January 15. The last two episodes, four and five, are expected to land sometime in 2019. If you have already purchased a season pass elsewhere, like on Steam, you will still get the new content.

That is good news as you won’t need to install the Epic Games software on your machine and set up an account to wrap the story up reports Engadget. The best news is that the franchise will get the wrap up it deserves.

When TellTale went belly up and laid off most staff, some feared they would never see the conclusion of the franchise. “The Walking Dead” creator Robert Kirkman’s own Skybound Games picked up the franchise and is completing it.
