This morning ASRock announced the Fatal1ty Z68 Professional Gen3 motherboard and the company says it is the world’s first motherboard that supports PCIe 3.0 and is available today. The board uses the Intel Z68 chipset paired with two PCI Express 3.0 x16 slots and one PCI Express 2.0 slot for those that want to run multi-GPU setups from NVIDIA and AMD. We don’t know of any graphics cards on the market that actually use PCI Express 3.0 technology, but we do know they are coming in the months ahead.
