Far Cry 5 has a NPC that Complains About Making Far Cry Games

If you have Far Cry 5 and you are exploring the giant open world, you may run across a movie set in the game. On that set is a director called Guy Marvel who is filming Blood Dragon 3. Marvel thinks he is making his masterpiece.

During conversations with this NPC, Marvel will tell you that if his movie is a flop, he will have to go back to working in the video game industry on a series called Far Cry. The missions that Marvel will give you are Easter egg references to Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon.

If you never played Blood Dragon, it was a standalone DLC that first published half a decade ago reports Kotaku. Among the missions you can get here are killing enemies near the set to get the crew some quiet.

“Now I can finally spray my magic all over this film. Blood Dragon 3 will be a masterpiece! says Marvel after you kill the noise makers. “Seriously, it has to be. I cant go back to working on shit like Far Cry. Id rather put my balls in a vice than listen to everyone with their fucking opinions about world building and player motivation and believability. Ill kill myself I swear to fu**ing god.” Another mission has you filming a scene for the movie.
