Far Cry 5 Lost on Mars DLC Launches July 17

Far Cry 5 fans who are looking forward to the next DLC launching for the game now have a launch date. The Lost on Mars DLC will launch on July 17, that is next week for those not keeping count. The DLC will land for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on that date.

This is the second DLC for Far Cry 5 and it can be purchased alone for $9.99 or as part of the season pass. This DLC takes Nick Rye to Mars to stop an alien invasion of Earth. Not only do you get a new story to play through, the DLC also has new weapons to play with.

Among those weapons is the Blaster of Disaster, Hellfire, and Morphinator. A new Space Jets traversal tool is also offered. Far Cry Arcade players get some new sci-fi assets that can be used in previously created maps or can be used when making new maps.

Buying the DLC will also get you some new weapons to use in the main game. Those weapons include the oddly named Obliteratorrrr, Taser Phazer Annihilazer, Nerve Reaper, Grape Popper and Hellfire. The next DLC for the game is Dead Living Zombies and it will launch in August reports IGN.
