ECS files lawsuit against Shuttle president and employees

Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) has filed lawsuits against Shuttle president David Chen and several employees who previously worked for ECS.
ECS is accusing Chen and its ex-employees of leaking confidential information to Shuttle and aiming to take orders from ECS’s notebook clients. The actions are already damaging ECS’s notebook business. Shuttle said it cannot comment at this time since legal proceedings are in motion.
