Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) today introduces its new AMD 890GX based motherboard, the ECS Black Series A890GXM-A2. The A890GXM-A2 has integrated with ATI Radeon HD 4290 graphics IGP, which includes AMD CrossFire, Hybrid Crossfire technology and DirectX 10.1 capabilities. The board has the usual AMD SB850 south bridge features like five SATA 6G ports and one eSATA. The internal SATA headers support RAID 0, 1,5 & 10 configurations. The board also features SuperSpeed USB 3.0 technologies and supports up to six-core 140W Phenom II processors that are designed for Socket AM3 motherboards like this one.
