Benchmark Results: At the default resolution of 1280×1024 3D Mark finally shows that there is a difference between the two cards! Let’s see if there is more seperation at nearly double the resolution.

Benchmark Results: With the monitor resolution cranked up to 2560×1600 the 3870 1GB should be able to stretch out a lead with the added memory and clock speeds, but the scores are almost identical, with the extra GPU speed pushing it ahead in SM 3.0.
