Crytek Selects Level 3 to Support Website Content Delivery – Ready For Crysis 2
Level 3 Communications recently announced it has been selected by Crytek to provide content delivery network (CDN) services as well as high-speed IP (HSIP) to support the companys website content delivery needs. Level 3s HSIP and CDN services are supporting Cryteks network of websites, including the companys corporate site and microsites for individual games. The Germany-based studios library of games currently consists of a number of critically acclaimed titles, as well as the soon-to-be-launched Crysis 2 (www.mycrysis.com), the newest installment of its multi-award winning first-person shooter (FPS) Crysis series.
