Crysis 2 Video Game Box Art Released – Game Launching March 25, 2011

Are you ready to play Crysis 2? I think the majority of PC gamers would say yes! While the game is still slated to be launched in March 2011, we do have a quick look at the box art for the standard, Limited and Nano editions of Crysis 2 for the PC platform. The Crysis 2 Limited Edition will be available for no additional cost and is packed with four in-game unlocks (Bonus XP, Scar Weapons Skin, Weapon Attachment, Unique Platinum Dog Tags). The Nano Edition comes with a steel box and inside you’ll find an 11″ / 28cm statue of the game’s hero “Prophet” on top of a New York taxi cab, an art book and Nanosuit themed packaging. The Nano Edition is available in extremely limited quantities via pre-order for $190 US or 119.99.

Crysis 2 is an upcoming first-person shooter video game developed by Crytek and published by Electronic Arts, due for release on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 in March 2011. It is the sequel to the 2007 video game Crysis and its parallel expansion game, Crysis Warhead. The story was written by author Richard Morgan. It will be the first game to showcase the CryEngine 3 game engine.
