7-Zip is a file archiver with a high compression ratio.

Some of the main features of 7z format are:

• Solid compressing
• Archive headers compressing

The built in 7-Zip benchmark shows us that memory speed doesn’t have much of an impact on its performance but we do still see a very slight increase as the speeds go higher.
