Corsair Announces 8GB DDR3 Memory Modules at 1600MHz

Corsair today announced the addition of 8GB DDR3 memory modules to its Vengeance and Value Select product lines. Corsair Vengeance memory upgrade kits utilizing the new 8GB modules (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10) will initially be available at 1600MHz clock speeds with timings of 10-10-10-27 at 1.5V. The more budget friendly Corsair Value Select 8GB DDR3 (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10) memory modules are available at 1333MHz clock speeds with timings of 9-9-9-24 at 1.5V. Both memory kits are available now at locations that carry Corsair products.
