CoolIT Systems Pure CPU Cooler – Water Cooling For Under $100
The CoolIT Pure Water Cooler
CoolIT Systems Inc. has recently released a new CPU cooler called PURE. It combines facets of air-cooling and liquid cooling with ease of use as the Pure uses all internally installed components. This new cooler is similar to their other coolers as it is a self contained sealed loop, and like other CoolIT coolers, they are mounted internally in place of the rear 120mm case fan. Before we get too into the cooler let’s take quick look at the specifications and features for the PURE CPU cooler.

Packaging
The box: The PURE cooler is shipped well protected; the box is sporting simple graphics that show the cooler and charts with the specifications.
Out of the box we can see the cooler is held snuggly in place in Styrofoam. The CPU block, however, did not have anything to hold it into its pocket in the Styrofoam. It was loose in the box which resulted in the radiator getting smacked. Its not bad though — the fins are ok, just some of the paint was knocked off. You will see this in some of the following images.
