CES 2012: GIGABYTE Shows Intel Z77 Motherboard Lineup For Ivy Bridge
Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H, Z77X-UD3H & B75M-D3H
The GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H is going to be the top board for the Intel Z77 chipset, at least at this time. I wouldn’t be to surprised if we here about a GA-Z77X-UD7 at some point in the future, but right now GIGABYTE said the UD5H is the top dog in the Z77X series. Each of the GIGABYTE GA-Z77X motherboards has a mSATA port built right into the design of the board. This would suggest that Intel is keeping the Intel Smart Response Techology, or SSD Caching as it’s commonly known. At this time we don’t have any specific details on the chipset features, just speculation.
The GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H I/O panel features has a solid list of ports. Six USB ports, two USB 2.0 ports and four SuperSpeed USB 3.0 ports.
Once again the specifications for the GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H aren’t very informative other than the basics that we already know from the previous page.
The GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD3H is very similar to what we saw on the above, just a little clearer picture.
The I/O panel of the GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD3H features the common ports that we have come to expect, SuperSpeed USB 3.0, PS/2, VGA, DVI, HDMI, and Displayport.
Once again the GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD3H placard doesn’t tell us anything we haven’t already learned.
The GIGABYTE GA-B75M-D3H is an entry level motherboard and lacks some of the features we have seen above.
The GIGABYTE GA-B75M-D3H has a pretty light I/O panel as you can see above.
Not surprising that there isn’t much information on the placard for the GIGABYTE GA-B75-D3H.
Hope you enjoyed the sneak peek at several GIGABYTE Motherboards, and we look forward to getting our hands on a few of them in the future so we can bring you some performance numbers!
