BlizzCon 2009 – The Vendor Booths
The Razer Booth
Razer had a very large turnout when we went to visit them on the BlizzCon 2009 floor. They were giving away peripheral to any gamer who could show their skills in mini-shuffleboard. We skipped the contest to take a closer look at their recently announced Naga mouse for MMOG.
By the time we got to the front of the crowd we were disappointed to find what we thought was the only Naga boxed up in a class case. After some wheeling and dealing, we were allowed to take a closer look at the Naga in a real-world environment. Let me tell you: If you are a MMO gamer, you really need to do yourself a favor and check this mouse out. Razer designed this mouse with a customizable interface that allows users to program and command the mouse in-game to address whatever situation they find themselves in. Also, as you can see in the picture below, the Naga has a a never-before seen 12-button thumb grid designed to aid MMO and FPS gamers by eliminating excessive – and imprecise – clicking and keyboard commands.
With the Naga, Razer is approaching new products with the gamer in mind. We can’t wait to get our hands on this mouse for a full up review!
