Bethesda Gives In-Game Currency to Fallout 76 Power Armor Edition Buyers
Bethesda has stepped in it with Fallout 76. The game is riddled with bugs, and you have to play with other annoying gamers thanks to it being online only. On top of that, the game has been criticized for being too much like Fallout 4 and just not being fun.
If you regret buying the standard edition of the game for $60, imagine how the folks that plunked down $200 for the Power Armor Edition feel. Not only did they get a game that is close to unplayable by many accounts, but they also had a bait and switch with one of the key features of that edition to deal with.
Bethesda promised that the carry bag for the fancy power armor helmet was going to be a canvas bag. What it shipped, without telling anyone, was a janky nylon bag. Buyers are not happy at all.
We understand and respect that there is disappointment with the bag in the Power Armor Edition. We are sorry. Please contact Bethesda Support to provide proof of your CE purchase. They will assist in granting your account 500 Atoms.

Bethesda issued an apology reports Kotaku and said that it had to change materials and was sorry if people were disappointed. To sooth hurt feelings for the nylon bag Bethesda has said buyers of the special edition that reach out to Bethesda support with proof of purchase will get 500 Atoms granted to their accounts.
