ATTO Disk Benchmark Tool V3.05 Released

By

The ATTO Disk Benchmark Tool is one of the most popular storage drive benchmarks as it is widely used by both the storage drive manufacturers to get their peak sequential read/write ratings and consumers to check drive speeds. ATTO Disk Benchmark Tool v2.47 was released in 2011 and hasn’t been updated in years. Many were starting to think the benchmark was no longer being supported, but we have learned that ATTO Technology, Inc. released ATTO Disk Benchmark version 3.05 just yesterday. The new benchmark has a slightly refreshed graphical user interface and some design improvements. ATTO Disk Benchmark v2.47 ATTO Disk Benchmark Tool has the ability for end users to set the transfer sizes from 512KB to 8MB and the transfer lengths from 64KB to 2GB. The latest version has been expanded to support transfer sizes from 512KB to 64MB and the transfer lengths from 64KB to 32GB.

Here are our results on ATTO Disk Benchmark v3.05 on our office PC that uses a Kingston HyperX Predator 480GB M.2 PCIe SSD.
