ASUS ZenBook Edition 30 Celebrates 30 Years of ASUS

ASUS has rolled out a special edition of its Zenbook notebook computer. The new version is called the ZenBook Edition 30. The notebook has a lid that is covered in Pearl White genuine Italian leather that is handcrafted and stitched. The machine also has Rose gold anodized diamond-cut edges.

The 30th anniversary logo is 18K rose gold plated. Each of the notebooks comes with a Pearl white mouse, leather-look box and mousepad, and a genuine leather sleeve. Other features include the new ScreenPad 2.0 that turns the mousepad into a secondary screen that is meant to enhance productivity.

The hardware inside the notebook is more efficient than its predecessors with 2.5x longer battery life when ScreenPad is in use. It has a four-sided NanoEdge display with a 95% screen-to-body ratio.

Inside the notebook, it has an 8th gen Intel Core i7 quad-core CPU, NVIDIA GeForce MX259 graphics, 16GB of RAM, and a 1TB PCIe SSD. Runtime per charge is 13.2 hours. The machine is available only via the Asus Store for $1,399.99 with shipping estimated for September 6, 2019.
