ASUS Eee PC 1201PN: 12.1-inch N450 Atom netbook with Ion 2
The ASUS Eee PC 1201PN netbook is on display today over at CeBIT and it looks like a very nice little netbook. The display card says that the 1201PN is powered by an Intel Atom N450 and NVIIDA ION 2 graphics processor that supports NVIDIA Optimus technology. The 1201PN also features 1 GB of RAM and 160-gigabyte hard drive with 500GB of ASUS WebStorage available. The ASUS Eee PC 1201PN also has 802.11b/g/n WiFi at 2.4GHz and Blurtooth 2.1 with EDR. Lastly, the netbook has a 6-cell Li-ion battery with 63 watt-hours.
After all, we already know most of the technical details about the new ASUS Eee PC 1201PN. The device has a 12.1-inch display with a resolution of 1366 768 pixels. A high resolution screen to show thanks to support from Nvidia ION or reflect those marketed under the name GT218 graphics processor and high-resolution videos without problems. Of course there is also an HDMI port, so the contents can be viewed in full resolution on external full-HD displays.
